Fawzi Farha, MD, is a general surgeon and vein health specialist serving patients in and around St. Augustine, Florida, at One Vein Clinic. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Farha is a knowledgeable, independent physician passionate about delivering the highest quality care to incredible patients.
A native of Lebanon, Dr. Farha earned his medical degree from Saint Joseph University Faculty of Medicine in Beirut in 1999, where he was consistently placed on the dean’s list and served as a treasurer of the Medical Students Association for two years.
Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his internal medicine internship and general surgery residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City in 2000 and 2005, respectively.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the doctor is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS).
Dr. Farha is board-certified in the state of Florida at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital (since 2005), Kindred Hospital North Florida (since 2006), and Curahealth Jacksonville (since 2020).
Involved in various committees and throughout the community, Dr. Farha served as Vice Chair of Surgery at Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, Florida (2014 - 2015), Chairman of Surgery at Orange Park Medical Center (2015 - 2018 ), and as a Public Educator with The Lebanese AIDS Action in Beirut, Lebanon (1995 – 1998).
Dr. Farha speaks several languages. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
